Return Policy

Unless stated in the "Final Sale & Nonreturnable Items" section, unused and regularly stocked items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, please contact our customer care team, who will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Requirements: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Final Sale & Nonreturnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used items
  • Special orders (listed on product pages)
  • Closeout items
  • Perishable and consumable goods (like food), and disposable products (such as lids, plates, cups)
  • Aerosol cans
  • Items containing flammable liquids
  • Hazardous materials (hazmat)
  • Furniture
  • Items shipped outside the contiguous United States, including U.S. territories, Hawaii, and Alaska

Restocking Fees: A 35% restocking fee is charged for all returns to cover processing costs.

Additional Fees: In some cases, extra shipping and handling fees may apply. Items with "Free Shipping" are only free when shipped to you. For returns, you’ll need to pay the return shipping, and it will be deducted from your refund.

Defective Merchandise: If you receive a defective item, you must file a warranty claim. Contact us for help with the process.

Missing or Damaged Items: If any items are missing or damaged during delivery, please contact us within five business days. Make sure to inspect your items carefully when they arrive.

Order Cancellation:

  • Open Orders: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it without any fees.
  • Special Orders: These cannot be canceled once processed.
  • Shipped Orders: If your order has shipped, you can refuse delivery or accept it and start the return process. If you refuse it, you may be charged a restocking fee and return shipping costs.
  • Received Orders: If you've already received the items, contact us to start the return process. You’ll be given a return authorization number and instructions for sending the items back.

Refunds Policy

Refunds take 7-10 business days to process. If 15 business days has passed and you haven't received a refund please contact us.
